· This policy covers how Central Target (CT) and/or divsions of CT such as Central Target Distribution(CTD) treats personal information that CT collects and receives, including information related to your purchase and use of CT websites and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

· By using any CT pages, in any way accessing http://centraltargetdistribution.com/ , or using other services of CT, you are accepting the practices described in this policy and our terms of use.

· This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that CT does not own or control, or to people that CT does not employ or manage. In addition, CT associated companies may have their own privacy policies.

Children
· CT offers business products and services that are not appropriate for children under 13.

· CT restricts access by minors by requiring use of a credit card to purchase CTD products and services online.

· When a minor attempts to purchase from CTD, we ask that his or her parent or guardian provide consent.

· CT does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16.


Information Sharing and Disclosure
· CT does not currently provide any personal information about its members to nonaffiliated companies. CT may sell, rent, or share personal information about you with our business partners, affiliated companies and others. Your personal information may be used by CT to, among other things: (a) Provide products, services or information you've requested, (b) Provide you with information about additional products and services you may be interested in, (c) Communicate with you about offers from CT and our marketing partners via direct mail, email, telemarketing or other direct marketing, (d) Help us respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, (e) We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of CT’s terms of use, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

· Personal information collected by CT is stored in secure databases, accessible only by CT, our affiliated companies and service providers, and others authorized to have access.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
· CT may modify, cancel or update this policy at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately, and will apply to all personal information then in CT’s possession, custody or control, including all previously-collected information.
